So named after the address of its location 165 O’Farrell in San Francisco’s Union Square district, it is vision of James Beard Award-winning Michelin Star Chef Claude Le Tohic. ONE65 is designed to be a multi-level culinary concept that brings four distinct modern French culinary dining experiences together under one roof. Ranging from casual to fine dining, each floor will showcase its own individual concept and design: ONE65 Patisserie, ONE65 Bistro & Grill, Elements at ONE65 and O’ by Claude Le Tohic.
ONE65 will offer six distinctive floors – a total of approximately 25,000 square feet – with each floor devoted to a unique French culinary experience. Housed in a beautifully restored historic French Beaux Arts building.
The Patisserie, the corner stone of the French culinary experience is the first to open and will offer modern casual dining and take-away, with breakfast and lunch options and a chocolate room on the second floor. The menu will feature a range of house-made delicacies, including French pastries, breads, house made ice-cream and chocolates, along with barista service and a selection of wines available by the glass or bottle.
The other dining concepts slated to open on the above floors include ONE65 Bistro & Grill with menu feature French ‘comfort food’, O’ by Claude Le Tohic, a fine dining concept based on the elements of water, fire and earth – uxurious but not pretentious and Elements, a sophisticated destination bar offering one of the city’s few upper floor drinking experiences.
