Magnificent Magnus

This week at Fine Dining Lovers we kicked things off with an exclusive interview with famed Swedish chef Magnus Nilsson.

The Michelin-starred chef discussed the reasons why he almost closed his restaurant Fäviken. It was an earnest talk that focuses on the welfare of his team at the restaurants.

Nilsson has implemented big changes that seem to have worked wonders for himself and the staff.
