A Taste of Zurich

This week at Fine Dining Lovers we kicked things off with a foodie tour of Zurich.

Who better to show us around than Swiss-born chef Daniel Humm?

Humm runs the acclaimed New York City restaurant Eleven Madison Park but Zurich is his home town and he filled us in on where to eat.

Check out Humm’s top ticks.

A Visit To Rome

Also this week we caught up with chef Anthony Genovese, who is a judge and mentor of S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018.

Genovese, an Italian-French chef with two Michelin stars to his name, runs the restaurant Il Pagliaccio in Rome, which has just reopened.

We wanted to know what’s new at Il Pagliaccio and how the chef is preparing for his stint at the  prestigious S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 competition.

Read all about it.

In the blog

This week in the blog we brought you a list of vegetables that can be spiralized, the best pizza addresses in Paris, news of a restaurant paying employees to spot food critics and more.
